It’s official, mySkillsMap has launched and is in private beta.
I started this project in the Summer of 2008 after finding that tracking my skills development took a lot of dedication and organization. Also as director at my day job, I found it very difficult to identify and select good developers based on just resumes, LinkedIn and Facebook.
So I started to sketch-out a concept for a new site called my Skills Map. And after many evenings and week-ends the concept finally came to life.
The site is in private beta, so contact me to participate.
